Remote Video Consultation Appointments
We provide medical services to patients overseas who want to experience Korea’s advanced medical technology. In particular, remote video consultations based on information and communication technology (ICT) is a great help to patients living outside of Korea to find the best possible treatment.
Pre-consultation is a process in which patients from overseas gets their questions before visiting Korea. This includes medical and non-medical consultations.
You can get thorough counseling with serious diseases such as liver cancer, liver cirrhosis, brain tumor, pancreatic cancer, and lung disease. Through remote video counseling, you can get informational access to various examinations and diagnosis at a hospital of your choice by talking to patients, medical staffs or any related persons in Korea, live time. Interpretation services will be provided if necessary.
*Additional fees may be incurred for remote consultation depending on the hospital.
*All reservations must be made at least one month in advance.
*Cancellation is possible up to 3 days prior to arrival in Korea, and 80% of the reservation fee will be refunded. However, it is possible to change the reservation date 3 days prior to arrival.
